平素は弊社RICOH Chatbot Service をご利用いただき、厚くお礼申し上げます。

この度、下記の日程におきまして、RICOH Chatbot Service のシステムメンテナンスを実施いたします。
このメンテナンスに伴い、全てのプラン（カンタンシステム連携/Starter/Standard/Enterprise/生成AIチャット from 一般ナレッジ/生成AIチャット from 社内ナレッジ/生成AIチャット Pro）で、サービスの一部が一時的に利用できなくなります。

【実施予定日】
2026/10/18（日）20:00-20:10（JST）
※作業時間は前後する場合がございます。

【影響範囲】
停止期間中は、管理者画面へログインができなくなります。
※ 当日の計画停止前にログインしている場合、停止時間帯であってもご利用いただけます。
生成AIチャット from 社内ナレッジおよび生成AIチャット Proにおいて、生成AIドキュメント検索用のファイル操作でエラーとなります。
RICOH Chatbot Service for kintoneを使用している場合、kintoneと連携するシナリオでエラーとなります。
公開されているChatbotは基本的に影響なく動作しますが、Chatbotのユーザー認証機能をご利用の場合は認証エラーとなります。

日頃より、弊社製品・サービスをご利用いただきまして、誠にありがとうございます。
現在、当サービスにおいて障害が発生し、一時的にチャットボットに繋がりにくい状況が発生しておりました。
現在は復旧し、通常通りサービスをご利用いただけます。

この障害により、当サービスをご利用のお客様には、多大なるご迷惑とご不便を
おかけし申し訳ございませんでした。深くお詫び申し上げます。
今後ともRICOH Chatbot Serviceを何卒よろしくお願いいたします。
