Monitoring - RICOH Chatbot Serviceをご利用のお客様へ

日頃より、弊社製品・サービスをご利用いただきまして、誠にありがとうございます。

当サービスにおいて障害が発生し、生成AIドキュメント検索及びChatGPTとの会話を行うとエラーになる場合がある状況が発生しておりました。
現在は復旧し、通常通りサービスをご利用いただけます。

この障害により、当サービスをご利用のお客様には、多大なるご迷惑とご不便を
おかけし申し訳ございませんでした。深くお詫び申し上げます。

【影響範囲】
・生成AIチャット from 一般ナレッジプランをご利用のお客様
・生成AIチャット Proプランをご利用のお客様
・生成AIチャット from社内ナレッジプランをご利用のお客様
・生成AIチャット from 一般ナレッジ追加パックをご利用のお客様

【障害内容】
・生成AIドキュメント検索及びChatGPTとの会話を行うとエラーになることがある

【障害原因】
・使用しているクラウドサービスのシステム障害による影響
